ENHANCEMENT & FIX LIST FOR ADVANTAGE 5.0 UPDATE SITE

ADVANTAGE 5.0.1 Service Pack
February 13, 2008.

Corrects the focus (jumping) when editing line items in the Estimate Grid.
Corrects the FLAG / UNFLAG ITEM REVIEW feature. This feature now functions properly.
Corrects the “Line Number = 0” issue for the first line item added to an estimate Division using the ADD ITEM feature. This also corrects the user not being able to edit the estimate item with “Line Number = 0”.
Corrects the issue of users not being able to DELETE estimate items.
Corrects the issue of “blank” or duplicate Estimate Grid columns.
The title bar in the “Estimate Grid Layout” window (accessed though the CONFIGURE ESTIMATE GRID feature) has been made static. The user can no longer Drag & Drop columns above the title bar.
Corrects the frequency / functionality of the “Data Backup” message prompts when exiting the program.
Corrects the “…Data Cell Is Currently Open…” message incorrectly displaying when the user tries to edit a line item in the Estimate Grid window. Now, the user should only see this message if they try to edit an estimate item with a grid cell open.

ADVANTAGE 5.0.2 Service Pack

April 2, 2008.

The ADD ITEM feature (in the Estimate Grid window) now correctly transfers the entered CostBook item into the estimate instead of merely displaying the “Revise A Cost Line” window.
Corrects the issue of user-created CostBook items not retaining their ‘Short Specification’ and ‘Detailed Specification’ (when EDIT COST ITEM in the CostBook Grid). User-created items now correctly display their ‘Short Specification’ and ‘Detailed Specification’ in the CostBook Grid.
Corrects the issue of user-created CostBook items losing their the ‘Short Specification’ and ‘Detailed Specification’ when transferring into the estimate. User-created CostBook items now correctly transfer the ‘Short Specification’ and ‘Detailed Specification’ into the estimate.
For user-created CostBook items, item costs (for Labor, Material, SubC, and Other) are rounded to maintain a monetary format.

ADVANTAGE 5.0.3 Service Pack
May 29, 2008.

Corrects Error #3315 when creating a CostBook user item with no ‘Detailed Specification’.
Corrects the issue of user-created CostBook items “mixing specifications”. This issue occurred when using an existing user-created CostBook item as the “template” item to create the new user item where the “template” item had no ‘Detailed Specification’.
Corrects the issue of “Dimension Flags” not properly saving when the user edits estimate items (in specific when the user tries to apply (or check) “Dimension Flags” to an estimate item.

Corrects the issue of changes to estimate item quantities (from the “Revise A Cost Line” window) not properly saving/displaying in the Estimate Grid window. The issue occurred only with estimate items with active “Dimension Flags”. The issue occurred when the user tried to edit an estimate item quantity in the “Revise A Cost Line” window (accessed thru the EDIT ITEM feature).

Corrects the Error #3201 when editing estimate line items.

ADVANTAGE 5.0.4 Service Pack
April 1, 2009.

Includes changes to how the ADVANTAGE program accesses the program update websites. This also includes changes to the "Updates" window when opening the ADVANTAGE program..
